The High Speed Characterisation Platform proposes high level facilities for optical communication ranging from "physical" to "system" characterisations.

The HSC platform was initiated within the framework of ePIXnet, the FP6 network of excellence on photonic integrated components and circuits, to provide a characterisation support at the end user level. Its aim is to share cost-eating equipments and high level skills for high speed characterisation.

The HSC platform is a multi-site platform with 7 European partners; its expertise is based on a strong experience in optical communication of its partners.
